Just a quick update today but an important one.
1. Our WordPress plugin has been updated
We have now combined the plugins for Engagifire and Captifire into a single Wishloop plugin. This plugin will also cover the use of Amplifire too.
If you had the previous Engagifire or Captifire plugins installed on your site then you can delete those and upload the brand new plugin. The link to download the plugin is within the Wishloop dashboard. you’ll find it under the Settings > Installations menu.
This WordPress plugin contains a new version of the Wishloop embed code that essential for the correct functioning of Amplifire (background images won’t display if you are using the old embed code), so please make sure you install the new plugin on your WordPress site. Once installed you’ll also need to re-enter your Wishloop User ID and, if you’re a Captifire user, your Captifire API key. Both can be found on the Installations page where you downloaded the plugin.
2. Embed Code updates
This update was originally announced here. Many users are still using the old embed code which we will be completely deactivating in about a month’s time.
For all non-wordpress users still using the old code, then now its the time to update it. Again, this is available via the Settings > Installations page, and can simply be pasted on to your site to replace the old code.
3. Youzign integration is live.
Many of you have already taken advantage of our Youzign offer with bonus access to Amplifire.
You’ll find the integration settings under, wait for it… Settings > Integrations. Simply enter your Youzign API details into the fields provided and then your Youzign images will be available in the campaign builder under “My Images”. For further details see this post from our Knowledge Base.
4. Admin UI updates
We have streamlined some of the navigation in the main interface. All remote commander features are now grouped together into a single menu and we have also added a new top menu for Account settings. This contains two sub-menus for Installation and Integrations. We have also redesigned the Autoreponders page
This is still a work in progress and we have a bigger rebuild planned for a few months time. Hopefully you’ll find the new UI easier to navigate however.
That’s all for now.
Till next time, happy converting!
