Hi Tom, I hope you will develop a comprehensive, step-by-step manual that SIMULATES a seasoned Wishloop Agency 2.0 consultant setting up and serving a typical client in a “typical” campaign week. Such a manual would help me engage with, understand, and master your SaaS platform in next to no time (i.e., 15 minutes rather than 15 months). Without that real-life simulated EXAMPLE, your platform will go the same way, with me, as a dozen other ones I’ve joined in the past and failed to master.

    Hi Samora, one of the big differences from a lot of other reseller programs is we’re actually doing this ourselves. We’ve not just “launched” Wishloop and moved onto another product; rather, we’re focussed on building an evergreen funnel and subscriber base. We’ll share how we’re doing this for all Agents to model, and also invite other Agents to share their own approaches with the group.

This sounds like an excellent idea, I have a couple of questions:

1. Do you currently have a mockup demo website that can be used to show the main features and capabilities of the platform? It can also serve as a training tool for the agencies.

2. Do you offer back office support? in other words can you set up and optimize the platform for clients on behalf of the agencies, that way agencies can focus on selling and developing more opportunities.

Excuse me if these issues are addressed in the webinar, I havent had a chance to see it yet but I will.

    Hi Rob,

    1. Actually we’re not that prescriptive as many people on the agency plan already have sites in place. We’re happy to help you put a site together though and we’re happy for you to borrow copy from our own website.

    2. We offer this once it becomes an issue for our agents. Initially we encourage agents to become proficient in the platform themselves (helps in the selling too), as your client list grows we can adapt support plans to suit. Typically this would be once you have at least 10-20 clients signed up, although we also have agents with 100s of clients who are not using these services.
